Character info? I have a feeling I assume people know this and miss it out, urrkk. Well, she is Diriel's childhood sweetheart who grows up and realises she only liked him to get close to his sister, oops.
She ran away to find him and was taken in by an elderly couple who like making cakes and trained her to be an optician |D The half-glass is just a square monocle.

With the perspective, the table surface looks totally wrong, but it is a straight line, I swear Dx
